Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your order size and shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@modalandstore.com. We will assist in resolving the issue, including replacement or refund if approved.
