Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@modalandstore.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for used items, items damaged due to misuse, or final sale/clearance items (if applicable).
